What is it about? A global tradition where participants board the Tube wearing only their underwear, aiming to amuse fellow commuters and add a touch of humour to the daily routine.

The Inter-Livery Pancake Race
When: Shrove Tuesday (the day before Ash Wednesday)
Where: Guildhall Yard, City of London. Gresham Street EC2V 5AE
What is it about? Teams from London's historic livery companies race while flipping pancakes in frying pans, often dressed in whimsical costumes. The event combines tradition with lighthearted competition. And it’s all for charitable purposes.
London Craft Week

What is it about? week-long celebration of craftsmanship, featuring over 400 events showcasing traditional and contemporary artisanship, including live demonstrations, workshops, and exhibitions.

World Naked Bike Ride London
When: June - next one 14th June
Where: Multiple start locations
What is it about? The ride demonstrates the vulnerability of cyclists and is a protest against car culture. WNBR is a worldwide campaign with a number of linked themes.

The Tweed Bike Ride
When: April
Where: Multiple central locations
What is it about? The Tweed Run is a metropolitan bicycle ride with a bit of style going through the city's iconic landmarks. Along the way, there is a stop for a tea break and a picnic stop, both essentials to boost energy levels.

Paradox Museum
When: Open Monday to Sunday
What is it about? The most paradoxical experience in the world now open in London. Situated in South Kensington, this museum offers tons of fun for all ages, “a world where nothing makes sense yet everything feels real”.

The Attendant Cafe (Ex-public toilet)
Where: 27A Foley St, London W1W 6DY
What is it about? Built in the 1890s, this underground Victorian toilet has been lovingly restored. You’re sipping flat white where someone once peed in a top hat. The juxtaposition of espresso and porcelain is oddly charming.
